Hello, I am Kashon Mells, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's everyday challenges. I am a proponent of using a Cognitive Behavioral approach to assist my clients in achieving their aspirations. My extensive experience in community-based outpatient settings has allowed me to support individuals and families from diverse demographic and economic backgrounds. Clients and families must have a secure environment to share their thoughts, emotions, and feelings without apprehension of judgment.
