About Me
Hello, I am Kashon Mells, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's everyday challenges. I am a proponent of using a Cognitive Behavioral approach to assist my clients in achieving their aspirations. My extensive experience in community-based outpatient settings has allowed me to support individuals and families from diverse demographic and economic backgrounds. Clients and families must have a secure environment to share their thoughts, emotions, and feelings without apprehension of judgment. She is the Administrative Assistant here at Counseling With K and often the very first friendly voice or face you’ll connect with whether you walk into the office, call, or send an email.
She helps keep everything running smoothly and makes sure our clients feel welcomed and supported from the very beginning.
Outside of the office, she enjoys serving at her church, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
